I love health and fitness and have been working out for a few years now and think I’m at the at the stage where I want to share the tips and tricks I’ve learnt. I am also currently completing a degree in neuroscience so I would say have an above average level knowledge of the human body and will try and keep the posts as evidence based and scientific as possible.
